October 17, 2006 Board Meeting Agenda Item #26 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE VENICE HIGH SCHOOL - BUILDING #30 REMODEL PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department.   Recommendation That the work performed by McIntyre, Elwell & Strammer - General Contractors, for the Venice High School - Building #30 Remodel project be accepted as substantially complete as of 7/28/2006.
